All of our courses are open to all people wishing to enrich their own lives and improve their own health and fitness or who wish to enrich the lives of others, no matter what their background or previous work experience, including:
bullet

any caring person who wishes to enrich the lives of others by providing a range of exciting and stimulating activities and opportunities

bullet

any caring person who wishes to teach evidence based exercise  to adults of all ages in order to help improve and maintain their health, strength and quality of life

bullet

any caring person who wishes to help an older person to improve and maintain their health, strength and quality of life

bullet

churches and other faith and community based groups wishing to provide a valuable service for adults of all ages, including older people, which will help to meet the needs of the whole person.  

bullet

registered nurses, healthcare support workers and other caring people

    who are already working with older people and who wish to add a new and worthwhile aspect to their work

    who are in employment but would like to earn a little extra 'pocket money by doing something really worthwhile

   who find themselves out of work, or taking time out to raise a family, but who wish to find employment / self employment which is related to healthcare and which has ‘family friendly hours’.

bullet

staff of existing community based groups which already provide a luncheon club and other stimulating activities and opportunities, but would like to add to their service by providing safe and simple evidence based exercise advice and guidance to those who attend.

bullet

anyone wanting to know how to safely maintain their own health, strength, mobility and independence without the expense of joining a leisure centre or club.

exercise instructors wanting to teach exercise to older people

bullet

day centre staff, rest home activity leaders and staff working in existing community based groups which provide coffee mornings but would like to offer a wider variety of worthwhile activities and opportunities.
